Evaluate

Before you leave the classroom, scan the QR code at the conclusion of the training to complete the evaluation form. Do not overlook this important step.


How to Find Your CEUs

Ensure YOU Have an AFSA Profile

Your AFSA profile stores the CEUs you earn from AFSA seminars, courses, schools, webinars, etc. Make sure you have your own AFSA profile & login credentials.

Hint: Your username is typically your company email.

View / Download CEUs

To access your CEUs once logged in, go to My Account > View & Print CEUs

Add Your CAL FIRE Fitter ID or Other Credential

If you need to display a license, certification, or other ID number on your CEU certificates or transcripts, you may add these to your AFSA profile. My Account > Personal Information > Edit Profile Information > Enter your info > Click Submit Changes. << Don't overlook this last step!

MEET THE SPEAKER

Bob Caputo, CFPS

President - AFSA

Bob Caputo, president of the American Fire Sprinkler Association (AFSA), is the chair of the NFPA 24 and NFPA 291 technical committees and a member of multiple NFPA technical committees, including NFPA 13 and NFPA 25. Caputo has contributed to the NFPA 13 and NFPA 25 Handbooks, the NFPA Inspection Manual, and the 21st edition of the Fire Protection Handbook. Caputo is an instructor at the National Fire Academy and is a member of the Oklahoma State University School of Fire Protection Engineering & Safety Industry Advisory Board. Caputo’s industry distinctions include “Fire Prevention Officer of the Year” from San Diego County in 1994, “Man of the Year” from Fire Protection Contractor magazine in 1997, and the Henry S. Parmelee award from AFSA in 2017. Caputo attended the University of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is a U.S. Navy veteran and former volunteer firefighter.
